1. Register: To be able to reply or create your own posts, you must REGISTER to the board. However to read the posts, you need not register. Registration is free and involves the following steps.
a. Click the REGISTER button. Fill the required userid, password and your email address.
b. Once Registration is successful, an email is sent to the specified email address.
c. You should open the email and read and click the link sent in the email to complete the registration.
Note: If you are registered to one artist board, you can use the same ID to other Columbia board artists boards as well.
Check your Spam box for email too. Sometimes, registration emails are delivered to SPAM(Junk) folder with some service providers.
2. If you used Columbia boards (http://forums.sonymusic.com/eve) before 06 January 06, your information is already in the new board and you need not re-register.
3. One email address can registred only once. i.e., you cannot use the same email address to register twice or more.
4. Lost Password: If you cannot login, your password may have been changed. You can click on "Lost Password" button to enter the userid. An email will be sent to you with the new password.
You can then login back and change the password if you wish before using the board.
5. Login: Board requires all users to LOGIN to be able to reply or post messages. Click on the LOGIN button, enter the userid or email address and password.
6. Signatures: You can update most of the personal information by clicking PROFILE button. With this, you can also add signatures that should show up at the bottom of each post.
7. Avatars: You can create your own "Avatars" and upload by clicking the PROFILE button. Avatar image size is restricted to 40 KB. if the picture uploaded is found unsuitable and out of context with the purpose of the board, we will remove your userid, prevent you from accessing the board further.
8. Live Messages: You can contact other board members using this "Instant messenger" like feature. This link is at the bottom of the screen.
